End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: July 18 2025

Introduction

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and Chaos Designs for the use of Tapestry TV (“Software”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using this Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

License Grant

Chaos Designs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This license is for personal or internal business use only.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software to any third party.
• Use the Software in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Ownership

The Software is the intellectual property of Chaos Designs. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Software to you. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Chaos Designs.

Updates and Support

Chaos Designs may, at its discretion, provide updates or support for the Software. However, Chaos Designs is under no obligation to provide such updates or support.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Chaos Designs may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Software and delete all copies of the Software in your possession.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind. Chaos Designs disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Chaos Designs be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia Canada. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Changes to This Agreement

Chaos Designs reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated to you directly.
